A private session combines guided breathwork, meditation, and personalized sound healing using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls alongside bio-energetic clearing with tuning forks. Each session is tailored to what you’re carrying and what you’re ready to release.Sessions are held in Prescott, AZ.
