About

I’ve spent years holding space for transformation — sitting with people in their most vulnerable moments and witnessing what happens when they’re given permission to simply be.

Sound found me the way most meaningful things do: quietly, and at exactly the right time. What began as a personal practice became a calling. I trained in crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, and bio-energetic tuning fork work — and began offering what I had found: a space where the nervous system can soften, the mind can quiet, and something deeper can surface.

Satya is a Sanskrit word that means truth — but more precisely, it means that which is real. That which exists. The is-ness of this moment. It’s the word I carry with me, and the standard I hold every session to.

This work isn’t about belief. It’s about what’s already here.
